Intelligence, engineered.

Sears iTech is an applied-AI studio. We design autonomous systems, decision engines and machine perception for organisations that intend to lead their category — not survive it.

Scroll to begin

01 — Thesis

Most companies adopt intelligence. A few architect it. The difference is never the model — it is the system, the data spine and the judgement wrapped around it.

Industries, from freight to frontier silicon

01 Agentic Systems

Operators that plan, call tools and close the loop — with the guardrails that make autonomy survivable.

02 Applied Research

Frontier work translated into your latency budgets, your domain data, your benchmark.

03 Machine Perception

Vision, audio and document intelligence where the signal is messy or arrives too fast to read.

04 Data Foundations

Ingestion, lineage, retrieval, governance. Nothing above this layer is better than this layer.

05 Interface Intelligence

Making probabilistic systems legible: confidence, provenance, and an exit door.

06 Assurance & Ops

Evaluation, observability and red-teaming, so what you shipped is what you still have.

03 — Method

How the
work moves.

Four movements, no handover. The people who model it are the people who ship it and the people who answer for it at 3am.

Movement I

Signal

We start where the value leaks. Two weeks inside the operation, instrumenting decisions rather than interviewing about them, until the problem is stated in numbers you can defend.

Movement II

Architecture

The spine gets drawn before a single prompt is written — data contracts, evaluation harness, failure taxonomy, the human hand-off. Ambition is cheap; architecture is what survives contact.

Movement III

Emergence

Short cycles against a live benchmark. We ship the narrowest system that can be trusted, then let capability widen only as fast as the evidence allows.

Movement IV

Scale

Autonomy earns its range. Observability, drift watch and red-teaming run from day one, and we stay on the pager until your team would rather we didn't.

“The model was never
the hard part.”

04 — Evidence

Systems
in the world.

Selected work. Names withheld where the advantage is still compounding.

Global logistics

The autonomous exception desk

Eleven thousand daily freight exceptions triaged, priced and resolved by an agent network, with human review reserved for the tail that actually needs a person.

Financial infrastructure

A real-time model risk observatory

Every model in a 400-model estate continuously evaluated against live outcomes, with drift, lineage and regulatory evidence produced as a by-product rather than a quarterly scramble.

Perception on the line

Micro-defect detection at 240 frames per second on edge silicon, trained on a synthetic corpus we generated because the real defects were, thankfully, too rare to learn from.
